Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full or partial refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint. To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture of the item to info@thegatedsociety.com.

You will be eligible for a full refund if:

The item you received was incorrect or the damaged upon arrival

The item was not used/worn upon or after arrival.

You will be eligible for a partial refund if: 

Your order was correctly and safely delivered, but you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product for personal reasonings.  

 After that, you can either keep the item, or you might want to donate it.
